23-Hour Cancellation Policy

At Sugarista Rituals, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment times are limited and preparation of products are required in advance, I require at least 23 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Cancellations Made 23+ Hours in Advance

Cancellations received 23 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a refund of any refundable amount paid toward the appointment, subject to the terms of the service booked.

Late Cancellations — Less Than 23 Hours

Cancellations made less than 23 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations.

For a late cancellation, the client will receive a 0% refund of the amount paid toward the appointment. The appointment payment is used as a late-cancellation fee for the time reserved.​​

Emergencies

I understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Emergency circumstances may be reviewed individually and exceptions may or not be granted at the discretion of Sugarista Rituals.

Client Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with Sugarista Rituals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this 23-hour cancellation policy.

Rescheduling With 23+ Hours' Notice

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment when at least 23 hours’ notice is provided before the original appointment time.

When available, eligible payments or deposits may be transferred to the newly scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee the same day or time.

Late Rescheduling — Less Than 23 Hours

Requests made less than 23 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered late reschedules.

For a late reschedule, the client will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid toward the appointment. The remaining 50% is retained as a late-rescheduling fee for the appointment time that was reserved.

 

A new appointment must then be scheduled separately, subject to availability and any applicable deposit or payment requirements.

Multiple Rescheduling Requests

Sugarista Rituals reserves the right to require payment in advance or a deposit when repeated appointment changes occur.

What Is Considered a No-Show?

A client is considered a no-show when they:

• Do not arrive for their scheduled appointment.

• Do not contact Sugarista Rituals before the appointment.

• Arrive so late that the scheduled service can no longer reasonably be completed.

• Fail to attend a scheduled energy healing session or other appointment without providing appropriate notice.

No-Show Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for no-show appointments.

Any amount paid toward a missed appointment will be retained by Sugarista Rituals as a no-show fee.

A new appointment may require a new deposit or payment in advance before the appointment is confirmed.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or you may need to schedule a new appointment in order to respect the next client's appointment.

If you arrive so late that the service cannot reasonably be provided, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Client Acknowledgment

By booking with Sugarista Rituals, you acknowledge and agree to this 23-hour policy, late policy, reschedule policy, no-show policy, all policies Sugarista Rituals enforces, including the no-refund policy for any of the terms/conditions/policies enforced by Sugarista Rituals. You acknowledge and understand the contraindications and required age for intimate sugaring services. There are no refunds if any of the boundaries, terms, conditions, policies are not respected.
